Air General Permits Electronic Registration Submittal
The Division of Air Resource Management (DARM) is pleased to offer, to the businesses of Florida, the NEW Air General Permit Electronic Registration Submittal (AGPERS).
In order to use AGPERS to register, or renew, an Air General Permit, you will need to login to the DEP Business Portal.
All General
Permit Applicants
Once logged-in to DEP Business Portal follow
these steps:
- Select the Apply button.
- Select the Operate button.
- Select the Air Facility button.
- Select the Air General Permit
or Perchloroethylene Dry Cleaner General Permit
button.
Sign In
If you do not have a log-in for the DEP Business Portal, create an account by selecting
Register and then fill-out all the required information.
A verification email will be sent to your email address with a link. Use this link to create a password for your login.
Administrative Correction for Air
General Permits
Once logged-in to DEP Business Portal follow these steps:
- Select the Submit button.
- Select the Updates to an Existing
Permit/Registration button.
- Select the Administrative Correction
for AGP button.

Register and then fill-out all the required information.
