Every year, DEP publishes the
Annual Reuse Inventory Report. This report contains useful
information about reuse systems in Florida.

Upcoming Potable Reuse Conference
The WateReuse Association will be holding its second specialty
conference on Potable Reuse, November 13-15, 2011 at the Westin
Diplomat Resort in Hollywood, Florida.
Registration for the conference begins in July.
Florida Water Reuse Trail
WateReuse Florida, the FWEA
Water Reuse Committee, and the Florida Department of Environmental
Protection have joined together to develop the Florida Water Reuse
Trail -- a route around and through Florida that will feature
exemplary water reuse projects. Individuals, utilities, and
organizations are invited to nominate outstanding water reuse
projects for inclusion on the Florida Water Reuse Trail. Selection
will be competitive using criteria contained in the
application

Florida’s Water Reuse Program
Recognized For Water Efficiency
Florida’s Water Reuse Program received a national Water
Efficiency Leaders Award from the U.S. Environmental Protection
Agency in 2006. This award recognized the Florida Department of
Environmental Protection for providing leadership and innovation in
water efficient practices.
