Important Notice:

The Division of Air Resource Management has revised the Annual Operating Report (AOR), DEP Form 62-210.900(5). The new AOR form and instructions, effective 12/31/2013, are available at: http://www.dep.state.fl.us/air/rules/rules.htm.

In accordance with these changes, the annual emissions fees collected by the Department from major sources of air pollution (Title V sources) will be based on the actual amount of regulated air pollutants emitted, instead of being based on the amount of regulated air pollutants allowed to be emitted by permit. Thus, beginning with the 2013 reporting year, the Title V annual emissions fees will be automatically calculated based on the annual emissions reported on the AOR. This change applies only to Title V sources and replaces the previous requirement to submit a separate Annual Emissions Fee Form (form No. 62-213.900(1), F.A.C.) no later than March 1. Additional information is available at the Title V Annual Emissions Fee On-line Information Center available at: http://www.dep.state.fl.us/air/emission/tvfee.htm.
